Amy  not only has proven to be a great show cow and a excellent producer with her first calf winning  Res. Grand Champion Bull at the 2009 PDCA National Show when he was only 2 months old.  She is also a wonderful family milk cow producing 1 1/2 gallons a day 6 1/2  months into her first lactation.  Her butterfat average is over 6% and for every gallon of milk you get a quart of cream.  When I went to Once a Day milking (8-10 months) her production dropped to 3/4 gallon a day without any other production drop.  Amy is one of my smaller cows standing at 43 inches.  She is a daughter of Hiyu Rambler II who is a son of Riverhill Saturn's Galaxy.
